This project sums up all of Apex’s experience into one project, 50 stories of structural steel erection, tower crane erection, jumps and dismantle, hoists lease, erection, jumps and dismantle, precast panel erection, and miscellaneous steel supply and install. Apex used a 220 ton crawler to erect the garage from inside the building footprint to allow Turner to utilize the tower crane for building the concrete core and get the north end of the garage complete for a delivery zone.
